Adobe Prelude 2020 Features:

  • Transcoding to multiple formats. Transcode files to your preferred formats as you ingest clips. Simply set up a primary destination folder and format. Add more destinations and their corresponding formats, and then click Ingest.
  • Full or partial clip ingest. Start working faster by ingesting clips in full, or just the portions you want, to save time and reduce storage needs. Set the in and out points right on the clip thumbnails. Adobe Media Encoder will create a new clip from the marked range.
  • Fully searchable metadata. Find the clip you need quickly with searchable metadata.  Even among terabytes of footage. Add metadata in real time with keyboard entry, during ingest using custom templates.
  • Heads-up logging. Speed up your logging workflow with a streamlined interface and intelligent keyboard control. Preview clips and log temporal markers and other searchable metadata while keeping your eyes on the footage itself.
  • Thumbnail hover-scrubbing. Hover-scrub thumbnails in the Project panel. Just move your cursor over the clip to preview it.
  • File renaming on ingest. Set up your own filename presets to automatically rename files upon ingest so you can search and find files more easily.
  • Rough cut export. Share rough cuts faster by exporting directly to Adobe Media Encoder from Prelude. You can also choose to send to Adobe Premiere Pro for final editing.
  • Custom metadata on ingest. When you create the rules, you get exactly the metadata you need. Prelude lets you create custom metadata templates. Therefore collecting key information becomes an easy and consistent part of the ingest workflow.
  • Script scenes as metadata. Working with scripts created in in Creative Cloud, you can drag and drop scenes to link them with footage as searchable metadata. Search with word-specific accuracy thanks to speech transcription markers that stay with your footage throughout the production workflow.

  1. After installation, do not run the program in trial mode (close the application forcibly if it starts up on its own)
  2. From the desktop, launch the Adobe Zii patch and press the PATCH or drag the icon of the installed Adobe Prelude into the open patch window

  • Keyframable retiming for complete control on a frame by frame basis.

  • 8 and 16 bits per channel processing. Unclamped floating point image support in After Effects 7.0 or later
  • Option to automatically enhance dark imagery or imagery with poorly defined edges. In many cases, footage that was difficult to track becomes much more wellbehaved upon retiming.
  • Contains an option to add or remove motion motion blur, as appropriate.
  • Support for marking material so that Twixtor does not motioninterpolate across a cut.
  • After Effects only: ability to remap audio and video using AE’s time remapping tools but using Twixtor “under the hood”

When you run the installer writes “The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again”.

Install using patch:

Attention! Before installing, disconnect from the Internet

  • Mount the image.
  • Run the Install installer and follow the instructions (located in the Extra folder)
  • After installation, do not run the program in trial mode (close the application forcibly if it starts up on its own)
  • From the desktop, launch the Adobe Zii patch and press the PATCH or drag the icon of the installed Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 into the open patch window

Who has the Illustrator or another installed – be careful with the patch.

Install the program and use the patch that is in the distribution – drag the program icon to the open patch window, and do not use the automatic function (here, all installed Adobe applications will be patched automatically, and with such actions errors may occur)

Digital cameras produce raw format images that need to be processed and converted to an editable file format before making any adjustments. Adobe Camera RAW is an Adobe Photoshop plug-in that enables you to access raw image formats generated by a wide collection of digital cameras, without having to use third party converters.

The plug-in is able to work with raw files created by Canon, Kodak, Konica Minolta, Olympus, Ricoh, Samsung, Leaf, Leica, Panasonic, Sigma, Sony, Casio, Mamiya, Nikon, Pentax, Contax, Phase One, DJI, Epson, Fujifilm, Hasselblad, or Nokia digital cameras.

However, keep in mind that only certain camera models are supported, so you should verify on the Adobe website if the files generated by your device can be processed.

Raw format converter integrated into your Adobe Photoshop app

The Adobe Camera RAW installer will take care of the plug-in assimilation process, so you will be able to access its capabilities without having to leave the Adobe Photoshop application, although in a separate window.

Interactive prototypes

Geographic Imager supports GeoTIFF in Adobe Photoshop and other industry standard raster formats. Batch-process your imagery using Geographic Imager and Adobe Photoshop scripting capabilities. Geographic Imager is a great companion to MAPublisher for Adobe Illustrator—prepare images in Geographic Imager and use them in MAPublisher.

Geographic Imager Panel

Redesigned for Adobe Photoshop CS5, the Geographic Imager® panel provides access to all the tools and functions quickly and easily. All spatial information related to a GeoTIFF, DEM, ECW, MrSID or other supported image including the co-ordinate system, world location of the corners and pixel size are displayed along with buttons to access the various Geographic Imager functions. Retain Spatial Properties

Geographic Imager allows the use of Adobe Photoshop native functionality without destroying the spatial properties of a GeoTIFF, DEM, ECW, MrSID or other spatial image. Easily manipulate and adjust the visual elements such as colour values and levels, histograms, hues and sharpness. Spatial properties of the image are automatically updated and retained even after performing crop, rotate or geospatial adjustments. This is important in industries such as photogrammetry and remote sensing where it is necessary for analysis.

Import and Export Spatial Imagery

Terrain Shader

Now supports image transformation during Mosaic, making it easier to get the images the way you want. Also, now create seamless mosaics of images with different coordinate systems, pixel sizes, channels and colour modes.

Tile

Tile raster data into multiple images by tile size or count and automatically saves tiles using sequential naming into any supported spatial image format. Great for turning large satellite images into smaller tiles and serving them online.

GeoCrop

The GeoCrop tool allows image cropping based on a combination of pixels or geographic coordinates (geodetic and projected). Easily define coordinates or draw a crop area to see a preview. Advanced Import allows you to crop images during import, making it a great way to crop large images without the need to open them first.

Merge and Split Channels

Adobe Photoshop Merge and Split Channels are now supported. Useful for remote sensing, create false- and true-colour images and retain all georeferencing.

Automate Tasks

Go to prototypes by clicking Design. Combines drawing surfaces together to display navigation within large applications. Linking design elements in the drawing area, B. Cells replay screens. Add interactions using visual controls to test and validate the experience.

Post prototypes and obtain feedback

Generate web links to your designs that you can share with others for comment. Or embed it on a website, for example Behance. Comments can be attached directly to the prototype or specific components of your design. You will be notified as soon as you have added a comment. Repetitive grid

Select an item in its design, such as a contact list or a photo gallery, and duplicate it with the same frequency in the horizontal or vertical direction. All styles and distances are preserved. When you edit the article, the changes apply to all design.

Control Panel “Elements”

Colors and formats characters are practical and reusable when added to the “Elements” (formerly “Symbols”) panel. This panel also contains the icons. When you edit a color or form on the panel, the change is automatically made throughout the document.

Symbols next generation

Work with symbols that save time. Components ready to

use design make it unnecessary search and edit each instance of an item in a document. When you edit an instance, all other instances are updated automatically. Overwrite certain entities is also possible. Symbols can be vector graphics, raster images or text objects, which can also be used as objects within repetitive screens.

Creative Cloud Libraries

With integration with Creative Cloud libraries, Adobe XD CC lets you access colors and character formats created in Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, or any other Creative Cloud application, and use them in your design.

The August 2019 release of XD has the following enhancements:

Installation

For macOS 10.12+

When you run the installer writes “The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again”.

Install using patch:

Attention! Before installing, disconnect from the Internet

  1. Copy Folder “Extra” to Desktop
  2. Launch terminal and insert the command
    chmod x ~/Desktop/Extra/Install.app/Contents/MacOS/Install
  3. Press enter

Run the Install installer and follow the instructions

  1. After installation, do not run the program in trial mode (close the application forcibly if it starts up on its own)
  2. From the desktop, launch the Adobe Zii patch and press the PATCH or drag the icon of the installed Adobe XD CC into the open patch window
Who has the Illustrator or another installed – be careful with the patch.

Install the program and use the patch that is in the distribution – drag the program icon to the open patch window, and do not use the automatic function (here, all installed Adobe applications will be patched automatically, and with such actions errors may occur)

The TK7 panel is the newest release of the comprehensive panel for making luminosity masks and running Photoshop. It includes all the features of the previous V6 panel plus many new ones. Like its predecessor, the TK7 panel is modular, so users can configure it in whatever manner works best in their workspace. The Combo module even has two different arrangements to allow a new compact layout if that’s desired. (Sean Bagshaw has a video at the bottom of this page that shows how to do this.) TK panels are used worldwide and come pre-programmed with six common languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Chinese. Users can choose the language they prefer.

The RapidMask module uses the unique Rapid Mask engine to quickly generate entire spectrums of luminosity masks and other pixel-based masks at near real time speeds. The mask-based interface calculates 16-bit masks and users see these up front to make intelligent choices about which one to use. The interface is organized with a top-to-bottom workflow that makes creating masks quick and easy. Numbered sections guide users through the process. There are several modification options including a mask calculator that allows all masks, even modified masks, to be combined in unique ways. The video below provides an overview of all the overall layout of the panel and the newest features.

The TK7 panel is designed exclusively for Photoshop CC to take advantage of the HTML5 architecture that Photoshop CC can accommodate. Below are some of the features of each module.

TKActions V7 Panels Features:

RapidMask

  • Multiple masks/multiple sources−The TK7 panel is much more than just a luminosity mask panel. Channel, color, saturation, and vibrance masks are created just as easily as luminosity masks, and entire spectrums of these pixel-based, self-feathering masks can be generated. The SOURCE menus makes it easy to choose different pixel data as the starting point for making masks
  • Organized workflow−Four distinct sections−SOURCE, MASK, MODIFY, and OUTPUT−that guide users through the mask-making process.
  • New masks−TK7 now has Color Zone masks and CMYK masks.
  • Add and subtract masks with ease−The mask calculator provides an easy way to add, subtract, or intersect any mask created by the panel.
  • More MODIFY options-New modify functions allow precision masks through painting, burning, dodging, and even Photoshop’s Camera Raw filter.
  • Numerous output options−Easily create adjustment layers and pixel layers with the current Rapid Mask as a layer mask.
  • Layer Mask mode−Provides an image-based approach to quickly choose or create the best mask by having the mask applied directly as a layer mask on the active layer.
  • Accent color interface−Only one accent color for the entire module that users can change to whatever they prefer.
  • Click-tracking−Buttons retain an accent-colored shadow after clicking so users can track which mask they last chose.

Combo/Cx

  • Compact design−Combines Photoshop control, web-sharpening, and creative actions into one module.
  • Run Photoshop from the module−Many common Photoshop functions, keyboard shortcuts, and menu items can be run with a single button click from the module.
  • Muted color interface−Separates buttons into logical groups in order to quickly find the correct Photoshop function.
  • Multi-function buttons−Several buttons have dual functions that are graphically displayed on the button itself or can be activated with the CTRL/command key.
  • Use the “TK ▶” button to access the creative Photoshop actions menu−Includes new actions Freehand Vignette, Spotlight, Dehaze and Add Color.
  • Exposure blending actions−Stack, Align, and Focus Blend are part of the “TK ▶” button.
  • Integrated web-sharpening−TK7 now provides multi-dimension support. Sharpen images for the web to any dimension, convert to sRGB, and run post-sharpening actions.
  • Expanded user actions−Ten programmable actions, accessed via the “User ▶” button, allow users to run their own actions directly from the panel.

Batch

  • Multi-image sharpening−Resize and sharpen entire folders of images for the web with one button click.
  • Multi-dimension sharpening−TK7 now allows different vertical and horizontal dimensions that can be combined for folders containing both vertical and horizontal images that need to be resized differently.

All Modules

  • Active selection indicator−Shows when there is an active selection even if there are no marching ants visible.
  • Rollover help−Holding down the ALT/option key and rolling over a button displays a help message at either the top or the bottom of the module.
