Imagenomic’s Portraiture is a powerful but user-friendly plug-in for Lightroom. It’s an effective tool for smoothing skin while maintaining texture for realistic results—a fine line that all portrait photographers must be aware of. The program automatically detects the subject’s skin and creates a mask, which can be tweaked if needed. There are plenty of options for refining the portrait with tools to adjust hue, saturation, luminance and latitude. A separate Enhancements panel provides sliders for a range of parameters including sharpness, tint, brightness, and contrast for fine-tuning the overall look and feel of a portrait. And if you’re not sure exactly what you want, the program has a bracketing feature so you can choose from several variations of the same image. A handful of presets are available to get you started but you can create and save your own, along with a space for your notes so you can mix and match them each time you shoot a portrait under similar conditions.

Installation

For macOS 10.12+

When you run the installer writes “The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again”.

Install using patch:

Attention! Before installing, disconnect from the Internet

  1. Copy Folder “Extra” to Desktop
  2. Launch terminal and insert the command
    chmod x ~/Desktop/Extra/Install.app/Contents/MacOS/Install
  3. Press enter

Run the Install installer and follow the instructions

  1. After installation, do not run the program in trial mode (close the application forcibly if it starts up on its own)
  2. From the desktop, launch the Adobe Zii patch and press the PATCH or drag the icon of the installed Adobe Lightroom Classic CC 2019 into the open patch window

Who has the Illustrator or another installed – be careful with the patch.

Install the program and use the patch that is in the distribution – drag the program icon to the open patch window, and do not use the automatic function (here, all installed Adobe applications will be patched automatically, and with such actions errors may occur)
