  • Multiple Selections. Make ten changes at the same time, not one change ten times. Multiple selections allow you to interactively change many lines at once, rename variables with ease, and manipulate files faster than ever. Try pressing ⇧⌘L to split the selection into lines and ⌘D to select the next occurrence of the selected word.   • Command Palette. The Command Palette holds infrequently used functionality, like sorting, changing the syntax, and changing the indentation settings. You can incrementally show elements of the UI, such as tabs and the find panel, as you need them. You can enter Distraction Free Mode using the View/Enter Distraction Free Mode menu.
  • Split Editing. Get the most out of your wide-screen monitor with split-editing support. Edit files side-by-side, or edit two locations in the one file. You can edit with as many rows and columns as you wish. Take advantage of multiple monitors by editing with multiple windows, and using multiple splits in each window. Take a look at the View/Layout menu for split-editing options. To open multiple views into the one file, use the File/New View into File menu item.
  • Instant Project Switch. Projects in Sublime Text capture the full contents of the workspace, including modified and unsaved files. You can switch between projects in a manner similar to Goto Anything, and the switch is instant, with no save prompts. All your modifications will be restored next time the project is opened.
  • Plugin API. Sublime Text has a powerful, Python-based plugin API. Along with the API, it comes with a built-in Python console to interactively experiment in real time.

While both of the above are useful, they are designed for pros who need the most time-saving options for processing portraits. If you do need portrait adjustments, you can easily add the Kristina Sherk preset packs or a new forthcoming one from Matthew Jordan Smith.

You can also create your own presets and exchange your favorite settings with other users. This is a great deal if you want the time-saving features as well as advanced technology to unlock perfect exposure and sharper images.

LRTimelapse is a comprehensive solution for editing, grading, keyframing and rendering time lapse videos on your Mac. The utility is using the Adobe Camera RAW engine and Lightroom to allow you to work directly on RAW files.

To start working with the LRTimelapse application, simply use the built-in importer tool to add the RAW pictures from your time lapse photo shoot sessions. However, LRTimelapse also comes with an integrated file browser that allows you to navigate both your local storage and external drives.

Within the LRTimelapse user interface, you can browse through the sequences and preview the captured images. Depending on the data you have available you must choose the workflow you want to apply to your sequence.

LRTimelapse offers you the possibility to configure how many keyframes you want to use and then helps you export the data into the Lightroom application for further editing.

After you process the keyframes within Lightroom, you can import the sequence back to LRTimelapse, add transition effects and preview the results.

February 5th, 2018

  • The batch processes “Batch Initialization / Camera Previews”, “Renew Camera Previews”, “Generate Visual Previews”, “Convert to DNG” can now be launched on a parent folder and will then put all child folders into the batch queue.
  • In case that subfolders were found, a confirmation dialog will be displayed.
  • Removed the batch process option “Generate Camera Previews”, since this will happen with the “Batch Initialization” process also.
  • Fixed Bug in LRTExport that brought an error message after exporting and prevented LRTimelapse from taking over.
  • Fixed a problem with 16bit tiff intermediary files in the LRTExport dialog. 16 bit files can now be used, but won’t show a preview.
  • Fixed Render dialog too small on some systems
