"Elements: Analog Drums" is the second library in our series "Elements". This small yet useful volume contains drum one-shots designed purely with analog synthesizers. The usability of these drums spreads across many styles and genres – from trailer and industrial to pop and lounge. We also added our signature Nine Drum Industrial Kit – recorded with 9 different keyboard synths including Korg, Yamaha, Casio, etc.

The Sound

We have spent quite a time to configure our analog setup. Using various types of synthesis and processing the recordings through a bunch of hardware amps and effects allowed us to achieve such a sound. We've got kicks, snares, toms, hats and cymbals, and all of them are different: industrial, glitchy, driving, punchy, deep or lite.

You can use it in any style of music, from pop to action filmscore, from alternative to underground. After this, we took several keyboards by Yamaha, Casio, Korg and Roland and made 9 recordings of the best drum kits they had. Then, we heavily processed those recordings to achieve such a massive, distorted, industrial sound and designed our signature Nine Drum Industrial Kit.
The Effects

Our Flow Engine 3.0 is a system of custom scripts, effects and tools. It allows you to manage over 700 parameters of sound.

Flow Engine 3.0 contains 8 various effects: Note Control for adjusting individual note parameters, LFO designer for pan and volume, 4-band EQ, step-sequencing filters & distortion & bitcrusher, rotator, repeater/delay and a combination of 3 reverb effects: digital reverb, convolution and mutation FX. If you want to get absolutely new and unexpected sounds, use the Flow Effects button - it will randomize all the controllers. Also you can use the Macro function to save 2 presets of the entire Flow Engine 3.0 and blend them together.

Rewrite Install macOS Sierra.app to the applications folder and run the installer (double click on the file "Install macOS Sierra")
