Partition Map – new drive test – TechTool Pro has long been known for testing your Mac’s file system. Partition map errors can cause entire volumes to go missing, or prevent a Mac from booting. If errors are found, they can be repaired usin the Partition Repair tool.
Partition Repair – new drive repair tool – Along with Volume Rebuild, which repairs Mac file systems, the Partition Repair tool repairs the remaining portions of the drive which keeps track of the volumes on your hard drive. This includes hidden partitions which keep track of your Mac’s startup process. The Partition Repair tool does just what it says, repairing the partition maps or drives where needed.

SiteSucker is an Macintosh application that automatically downloads Web sites from the Internet. It does this by asynchronously copying the site’s webpages, images, PDFs, style sheets, and other files to your local hard drive, duplicating the site’s directory structure.
SiteSucker can be used to make local copies of Web sites. By default, SiteSucker “localizes” the files it downloads, allowing you to browse a site offline, but it can also download sites without modification.
Yate was developed for people who want complete control over their tagging experience. Supports audio in AIFF, DFF, DSF, FLAC, M4A, M4B, MP3, MP4, STEM.MP4 and WAV files. Supports video in M4V and MP4.

Version 6.0: The Action Manager
Many actions are written which do not require selected audio files. These include actions which dynamically load files, those that manipulate databases, etc. The issue is that actions cannot run without at least one selected file.
There is a new column in the Action Manager named Always. When the column is enabled, it is treated as a hint to the action runner. The hint is used as follows:
if files are loaded and at least one is selected, there is no behaviour change.
if files are loaded and none are selected, one file will automatically be selected. The named variable File Auto Selected will be set to 1.
if no files are loaded, a temporary file will be supplied and selected. The named variable Temporary File Supplied will be set to 1.When the action terminates, the file is removed. Note that if the file is renamed or moved it will not automatically be removed.
Note that the All Files column settings are applied before the Always interpretation.
It is still your responsibility to ensure that selected files are not modified, if that is your intent.
Actions with the Always setting will be enabled in menus, main window toolbar icons and edit panel action buttons when there are no files selected.
Two new action statement categories were added: Import/Export and Preferences.

PopChar works with all modern applications that support Unicode. It makes it easy to navigate and search within fonts that contain thousands of characters. Search for characters by their names, find fonts that contain certain characters, explore the character set of fonts, collect your favorite characters, insert HTML symbols. PopChar makes all these font-related tasks easy.
PopChar X – tool, which is a pop-up window that can be placed on top of all other windows and display a table of different characters that the user can insert into the text of any document. In addition to standard letters and numbers, the keyboard has many other signs that apply everywhere, but that can not always be easily inserted into the text.
To use many of them need to remember complex combinations of keys, which you just do not know. That is why the program is so useful PopChar. It allows you to insert special characters in your text on the fly, without wasting time on selection of different combinations of keys or search them online. Simply use the mouse to select the desired character, and it can be copied anywhere – whether it’s a text editor or the email client. The program can be run a certain key combination and close immediately following the insertion of the symbol. Symbols are most commonly used program has at the beginning of the list.
Full Unicode support PopChar supports Unicode fonts with thousands of characters. The grid-like character table of PopChar gives you an excellent overview of all characters in a font, neatly arranged in sections according to the Unicode standard, by scripts and symbols, as well as in custom layouts.
Magnifier tool PopChar’s magnifier tool lets you see an enlarged view of characters. This is especially useful for characters with small, subtle details. The grid lines in the close-up lens also let you see exactly where a character sits relative to the baseline.
Find characters by drawing their shapes
With PopChar, inserting any character is as easy as clicking it in the PopChar table, and you can even search large fonts for characters by their Unicode names. Unfortunately, you often don’t know the Unicode name of the desired character, so you don’t know which search terms to enter. But you do know what the desired character looks like. With PopChar, you can simply show PopChar what you want.
Find similar characters
If a character has a keyboard equivalent, PopChar displays which keys generate the character. This is most useful for quickly typing accented letters in foreign languages.

Spectre processes the difference between the input signal and the EQ signal, introducing harmonic content to just the part of the spectrum that you want from a variety of saturation algorithms based on classic recording hardware. Spectre can be used on individual tracks, sub-mixes, the entire mix and is ideal for mastering.
Multi-band enhancer Spectre does not work like a conventional EQ. Spectre introduces harmonic content that was not in the original recording, bringing colour and life to the sound, not possible with a conventional EQ. Also Keka can extract lots of compressed files, from ZIP and 7Z to RAR archives, even parted ones. Just double click on those files and they will be extracted using Keka, or drop them to the icon in the Dock or the main window.
