Markster keeps your internet bookmarks in a central store. People use Markster because either:
The internal bookmarks facilities (Bookmarks Bar, Bookmarks Menu, Favorites Bar, etc.) in their web browser(s) do not meet their feature expectations.
They use more than one web browser, and prefer to keep all their bookmarks in a separate app, independent of the web browsers, instead of syncing the browsers’ internal bookmarks facilities together.
When Markster users want to visit a bookmark they have previously stored, or add a new bookmark, instead of reaching for the Bookmarks Bar or Bookmarks Menu in the browser, they bring up Markster’s Floating Menu. Markster provides three ways to do that:

Find Any File searches your local disks for files by name, creation or modification date, size, or type and creator code (not by content, though).
As there are other tools with a similar search operation, here are the special features unique to Find Any File:
Has a new hierarchical view of the found items, making it much easier to browse 100s of items (see the screenshot).
Can run as root user, finding really any file on your disk, even those that are hidden from normal users.
Can save queries and run them again later.

DirEqual is a Folder Compare Tool that makes it extremely easy to compare local files and folders on your Mac.
DirEqual displays compared directories side by side as expandable trees, and the size and date are indicated for each item. Differences between the directories are indicated with colour and easy to identify icons.
To copy or delete files or folders, click an individual item to choose the appropriate action.
