SDRR was built to satisfy almost all of your saturation desires. It provides a comprehensive set of controls to manipulate the character of the saturation to make it fit exactly. SDRR offers four different main modes: TUBE, DIGI, FUZZ, DESK and reacts dynamically to the input signal.
Each mode has its unique crosstalk behavior, which can be switched off or exaggerated. A unique RMS level difference metering mode makes level matching an easy task. SDRR can be different things: a saturation, a compressor, an EQ, a bit-crusher, a subtle stereo widener, or simply add some movement to your tracks with the DRIFT control. Add warmth, depth and character to your tracks with SDRR. Don’t forget to check out the free IVGI, which can be seen as the little brother of SDRR. It is based on the DESK mode in SDRR. Since IVGI is comparable to SDRR quality-wise, CPU-consumption wise and regarding aliasing (or better the absence of aliasing artifacts), it’s a good way to also get an impression of how SDRR would perform on your system. MJUC is the most effortful Klanghelm plugin to date. It took almost two years of extensive, dare I say “excessive”, research and development. To create MJUC I’ve researched and analyzed each and every variable-mu* implementation I could get my hands on to get the best of tube compression into a single processor.
In order to do the diversity of this compression topology justice, three different models have been built. These are kind of a time travel though the history of tube compression to capture the essence of each generation. Each model has its own dedicated signal path and dedicated control set. If desired you can tweak the overall tone and saturation of each model with the unique TIMBRE and the DRIVE control. DRIVE controls the load of the input and output transformers as the saturation of the tube gain stages, if applicable. The TIMBRE extends MJUC’s use as a tone shaping device.
MJUC is the first Klanghelm plugin, that’s built with the help of a new framework. That’s brings a lot of new usability features such as GUI-resizing, AB-ing and a feature-rich platform independent preset browser with save/copy/paste/save-as-default functionality. Furthermore it’s possible to tweak the knob behavior, enable tooltips, show/hide value labels and more. All these features will find their way to the existing Klanghelm plugin as soon as possible.

DC8C is one of the most flexible compressors around. While making a lot of different compression styles possible, it’s general nature may be described as: clear, smooth, open, distinct.
The main goal while designing DC8C was to get a very clean compressor action without unwanted and often almost inevitable artifacts/distortion. This way you can achieve almost invisible compression for your most demanding mastering sessions, when you want to avoid coloration.
If you aim for color you can choose between two saturation models. From opto-style, peak compression, external side-chaining, RMS compression, Feedback, Feedforward compression (and everything in-between) to negative ratios, zero latency brick-wall limiting, from snappy transient treatment to smooth transient rounding – everything is possible.

Adam Monroe’s Rotary Organ was sampled from a Hammond M3 tonewheel Organ. The end goal was to simulate the sound of a Hammondnd B3 organ with rotating Leslie Speaker inside of a VST/AU/AAX plugin. Every drawbar on every note was sampled individually via the organ’s built-in speaker through a Neumann TLM 102 microphone.
The signal was re-amped though a Fender Deluxe Reverb and recorded via a Sennheiser e906. Both signals were run through Grace M101 preamps. A Hammond M3 Organ combines the last two harmonics into a single drawbar, this note was omitted. Instead, a “digital foldback” teqchnique was used to extend the harmonics of the Hammond M3 to be similar to that of a Hammond B3.
The organ’s range was augmented to be similar to that of a Hammond B3. This was accomplished by using the Organ’s pedal tones to add the lower octave notes.
The Leslie Speaker simulation was designed to mimic a real Leslie. The signal is split to a virtual bottom rotor and virtual upper rotor at around 600 Hz. Vibrato, chorus, and panning processing are used to simulate the rotation of the rotors. The upper rotor spins between 48/409 RPM’s and the bottom rotor spins between 40/354 RPM’s. Bottom rotor rotation can be bypassed. The Leslie simulation can also be bypassed.
B3 effects where also digitally simulated and these include percussion, vibrato, and key click. Vibrato scanner is similar to that of a B3 and includes vibrato as well as vibrato+chorus. Key click was simulated by adding random noise to the attack and release samples. Some key click can be heard in the original samples but the effect has been exaggerated. Percussion was simulated in VST as it is in real life: a higher amplitude, percussive decaying sound is added to the instrument via the 2nd or 3rd harmonic. The plugin also includes reverb, braking, variable acceleration, drive/distortion, smoothing, adjustable stereo panning, key-splitting, and preset switching. Version 2.0 also includes amplifier sims based on vacuum tube simulations and speaker EQ curves. An extra drawbar has also been added to the organ between the 4th and 5th drawbars (x), equivalent to the 5th harmonic of the sub-fundamental or a 3 1/5′ pipe length.
The instrument was equalized to sound slightly more aggressive than a typical Hammond organ and therefore has the potential to stand out more in a mix. This can be adjusted with the “smoothing” knob, which will attenuate some of the harsher frequencies, and (in version 2.0) the smooth/bright switch and angle knob. Inside the VST the amp and speaker signals go through preamp/gain staging whether or not the Leslie bypass is engaged. The plugin requires a decent CPU – at least an Intel Core I3. This is because internally each harmonic is being summed for each note – which can include things like percussion and key click – meaning that each note requires upwards of 22 voices. Internally the VST is capped at 330 voices, which is equivalent to 15 notes of polyphony. The voicelist also requires extra processing power, as unlike a piano or other percussive instrument, each note can be sustained indefinitely, and thus newer notes must work around this limitation.
The plugin also does a fair amount of internal eq and sonic shaping depending on the preset. A great deal of time was spent experimenting and finding useful drawbar settings and eq combinations, and vacuum tube sims. There are 95 built-in presets modeled after classic Hammond Organ drawbar settings and famous songs.
The memory footprint of the plugin is around 400 MB. All of the plugin’s samples are loaded into memory upon loading as the plugin is primarily comprised up of looped samples, padded out with short attack and release samples. This means that this particular plugin is not dependent on a fast hard drive as it does not need to buffer samples during execution.
The plugin is designed to work with VST AU and AAX native versions and a Kontakt version was not created. This is because the plugin relies heavily on internal programming – for everything from the Leslie simulation, to sample fold-back, to vacuum tube sims – that would be impossible to replicate with the Kontakt player’s simple scripting language.
This VST is, essentially, a hybrid between a Hammond M3 and B3 with a more aggressive sound. It is meant to sound a bit unique to already existing plugins and simulations, but with the wide range of parameter combinations, many sounds are possible.

In this plugin which is created from a scratch, we put a set of 100 BASS created from manually created that will inspire your productions and fill with sounds that will blow your speakers.
Turbo Boost plugin are additionally built-in sounds of kicks, which are as many as 40, so you can easily add a characteristic impact to the already strong 808.
The plugin has a special Boost function for main 808 and Kick layer that will add even more power to the low tones. In addition, the plugin has a built-in equalizer and the ability to control transients.

Granule is a granular delay processor designed to glitch, bend and tweak your audio into strange worlds of robotic sci-fi. Inspired by the Red Panda Particle guitar pedal it takes incoming signal and chops it up into tiny “grains”. After chopping your audio, these particles are routed through a looper, spectral pitch shifter and variable delay line. From there, you rearrange the grains, stretch them, morph them and create everything from marvelous shimmering pads to completely ludicrous glitch effects!
Granule works best with pre-recorded material but feel free to experiment with live input as well. You never know what you might get!

Quanta is a full-featured ten-voice true stereo granular synthesizer, with up to a hundred 1000ms grains per voice, and full control over the grain state, with direct randomization and modulation of most parameters. Drag-and-drop a sample (WAV, AIFF, Ogg, or FLAC) on to the window and go to work.
Synthesize! With two multi-mode filters (with LP, HP, BP and notch in 2-pole and 4-pole topologies), and a “sidecar” virtual-analog oscillator and noise generator that can be used in addition to, or injected into, the grain engine, Quanta is a fully capable subtractive synth in its own right, and will work as a granular or subtractive (or both) synth without any sample at all.
Modulate! Quanta has mod coming out its ears. First up are four of our new FEGs (Flexible Envelope Generator), a 99-point looping function generator with optional host tempo sync. Then add two arbitrary-waveshape LFOs, a multi-source sample-and-hold module, and fully user-controllable MIDI assignments, with nearly every control on the panel as a destination.
Control! Quanta is customizable to your taste and playing style. With full MPE support, it can take advantage of the extended control set of your Linnstrument, Seaboard, Soundplane, Continuum, or other MPE controller, and support for TUN files lets you use tuning tables. The resizable Hi-DPI GUI lets you adjust the size to match your visual needs, and the cross-platform preset mechanism lets you share your creations with your friends and collaborators, no matter what system they are using.

New: > We have replaced the original Quanta preset manager with the New Hotness we created for Phosphor, and subsequently added to Continua. This is a much better preset manager, and you now have three layers of folders, and are able to move things around and create your own top-level folders if you want.
> All versions now have the on-screen keyboard that was originally only in the iOS standalone.
Fixes: > The preset folder move script that was introduced in the macOS installer for v1.1.2 has been removed. It was, quite literally, far more trouble than it was worth. On macOS, Quanta’s preset folder is now in ~/Music/Audio Damage. If you see the “Download Factory Content” button on an update, you didn’t install the last two versions, so the preset folder location has been moved. You can either grab the factory content again, or physically move your original preset folder to the new location. (You can find the original in /Application Support/Audio Damage. Just move the entire /Quanta folder to ~/Music/Audio Damage.)
> Additionally, the signing problems that started cropping up in V1.1 have been entirely solved. Hopefully. We think. If you’re still experiencing Gatekeeper issues, an old certificate is hanging around, and the solution is to delete all versions of Quanta, re-scan in your host (to clear the cache if it has one), and then install this version.
> One for the Windows people, and not a “fix” as such: we have discovered a problem with HiDpi scaling in Live (and maybe other hosts). If you’re running on a HiDpi system with the auto-scaling off, the drop target is not correctly scaled. We don’t know if this is a bug in JUCE or a bug in Live. The drop target is still there. It is just much smaller than it should be, and resides in the lower right hand corner of the waveform display. The short-term solution is to either drop in the lower right hand corner (you’ll be able to tell you’re in the right place because you’ll get that lit-up surround) or to turn on auto-scaling for Quanta. Then the target will be its correct size. We’ve pinged both the JUCE people and Live for an answer on this.

Continua is a virtual analog synth with a twist: a continuously morphable threesome of oscillators. With three interconnected controls defining the wave shape, Continua has a virtually limitless supply of waveforms, especially when you add cross modulation and noise in to the mix.
An immediately intuitive three-oscillator analogue-style synth with two filters, up to 16 unison voices, copious polyphonic modulation sources and three onboard effects, Continua puts highly controllable waveform morphing at the centre of its architecture and workflow. Bringing the deft harmonic shifts of wavetable synthesis to mind, Continua’s oscillators sweep seamlessly from outputting sine through square to saw waves; each of the four LFOs transitions from a double sine to square, via triangle waveshapes; and the dual independent filters morph continuously through low-pass, band-pass, high-pass and notch responses. Skew and Warp controls enable further manipulation of oscillator and LFO waveforms, and all morphing controls can be modulated for pads and textures that constantly evolve right at the oscillator/filter level.
There isn’t a single knob in Continua that can’t be modulated, from those controlling the oscillators, filters and effects to the parameters of the modulators themselves. Four LFOs, two ADSR and two multi-stage envelope generators, a Sample & Hold generator, two XY pads and eight macros are freely and effortlessly assignable by right-clicking any target control. And with every LFO and envelope being fully polyphonic, the expressiveness of your performances needs know no bounds, especially when using an MPE-compatible controller.
Like the oscillators and filters, Continua’s three effects are tilted towards the production of sustained, ambient-orientated sounds. The Reverb is particularly notable, housing a custom algorithm geared up for very long, dense, heavily modulated tails; while the Chorus and Delay modules bring voice-stacked thickening and evocative spatialisation.
