Flux feels like science fiction after so many years wishing that I could have a tool like this.

I’ve had a deep fascination with fractal flames for over 20 years, but the extreme render times and lack of interactive control in programs like Electric Sheep has always kept them a distant fascination. Now along comes Flux, and it absolutely floors me. Not only do I finally get to play with fractal flames, I get to render them in stereo 360º, I can use match moved cameras, and I can actually interactively tweak the parameters. Every time I use Flux I still have to pinch myself that it is real – that it is actually doing what it does.

Plugin Boutique present VirtualCZ, inspired by an iconic series of digital synthesizers made in the 1980s.

Many people fondly remember the CZ synths and they have become retro-classics that are highly sought after, having been used on countless techno, house, rave and synth-pop records in the late 80s and early 90s.

Many artists still use the CZ today for its unique sounds, including great pads and synth strings, screaming leads, big basses, weird FX, metallic percussion and above all Rave Organs.

Like many timeless synths, it has a unique sonic quality and it will fill a hole in many people’s synth arsenal.

For the First Time User: Faithful Emulation and Great New Sounds

If you are new to the CZ you’ll find that VirtualCZ delivers the same sound quality as its hardware predecessor, along with new features that bring its sound up to date.

  • As with its hardware inspiration, VirtualCZ uses Phase Distortion, which is similar to FM Synthesis but easier to program.
  • Big stereo UNISON sounds (new feature!) – great for modern synth stabs.
  • Familiar ADSR envelopes (or switch to 8 Stage MSEG for the purists!)
  • 200 quality presets featuring both retro and modern sounds.

If you are familiar with the CZ synths, we think you will find VirtualCZ faithfully emulates the sound of the hardware in both sound and feel, also offering some great new features.

  • VirtualCZ mirrors the synthesis architecture of the original.
  • All key synthesis functions are on the front panel, with graphic envelope displays – no more menus!
  • It can load and transmit CZ patches (it functions as a sysex editor for the hardware).

Overview

Rolling Credits is a set of text Generators designed to create rolling end credits in a snap.

Put Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro or the host of your choice to work for you to create long lists of ending credits in a creative and interactive way.

CHOOSE FROM A VARIETY OF STYLES

Wether you like the conventional style, modern looking, creative or off-the wall, we are sure there is a style that fits the character of your movie.

How to install.

Once you have installed the latest version of the free FxFactory, restart Final Cut Pro X and you will find the Rolling Credits category in your Generators Browser.

Easy to use.

Just drag and drop the Rolling Credit generator of your choice in your editing timeline, and use the on-screen-controls to import your text and do the necessary adjustments for speed, style and color.

Customization.

All of the Rolling Credits can be fully customized if necessary, by using the parameters found in the Inspector window.

Start with a style that you like and change its color palette, font, size and other parameters to make it fit the look and feel that you are looking for.

There is only one Title for each set of credits, so you can layer several styles and sections of the credits to create a complete and diverse mix of credit rolls.
