Require OS X 10.7 or later for PhotoNotary. So, in OS X 10.6 PhotoNotary will say disabled.
Fixed signing issue related to support OS X 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, and 10.10.
Move ps2png out of the resource folder, as suggested by Apple.
