The action has been tested onCS3, CS4, CS5, CS6 and CC English versions of Adobe Photoshop.

The Best Results

Instructions:
1. Open your photo in Photoshop.
2. On the “Window” tab, click “Actions”, once the window has opened you will see an arrow pointing right in the top right hand corner, click this then click “Load Actions”.
3. Go to “Layer” tab “New” -> “Layer”,Rename the layer to “brush” (Important: all letters must be lower case). To do that, double click on layer name and type “brush”.
4. In the end you just open”Broken Dispersion” folder and choose the direction that you like and click play button.
5. You are done.
