Mastering Plugin Features
THD: Total Harmonic Distortion, this can ‘fatten’ up the master and help increase the perceived loudness.
Loudness: Increase or decrease the loudness of your master in decibels. Uses an intelligent compression and limiting algorithm to ensure maximum loudness with minimal distortion.
LUFS Meter: The LUFS meter ( Loudness Units relative to Full Scale) is an industry standard representation of perceived loudness. The meter goes green when in the ‘sweet’ zone of a loud master without over compressing the dynamics of your mix.
Soften: This softens the compression curve, also known as a ‘soft knee’.
Mix: Mix the compressed audio with the original. If you are pushing the loudness hard and the master is sounding over compressed with a loss of dynamics, this control can help restore some dynamics while still keeping the master loud.
Analog: Changes the frequency response of master suite to sound more Analog.
3 Band Equalizer: Cut or boost the low, mid and high frequencies by up to 6dB.
Stereo Image: The Mono control works by making the audio completely mono below the set frequency. This can help to tighten up the low end and ensure it is coming only from the center of the stereo field. The Stereo control enhances the stereo field for the frequencies only above the mid range, leaving the lower frequencies untouched. This can be used to add extra ‘space’ in the master by pushing instruments even wider in the stereo field.
Ceiling: Sets the maximum loudness for peaks. Your master will not go louder than this.

IA-LA1 is a simple to use Compressor plugin. Threshold and Make up gain are the two main controls. The threshold represents the level at which compression will start to affect the audio. Anything over the threshold is compressed, which reduces the dynamic range of the audio. Dynamic Delay is exactly what it says, a Dynamic Delay Plugin. It has an internal side chain which ducks the loudness of the generated delays. Once the input audio goes below the threshold the delays can be heard clearly. This is a trick many professional producers use, but takes time to set up in your signal chain and usually requires a separate side chain compressor. Dynamic Delay brings this technique into one easy to use plugin saving time and money.
Side chaining is a very useful mixing technique, allowing sounds to punch through the mix while making others more silent. Dynamic Delay is particularly good on vocals allowing the vocal to really shine through and not compete for space with the delayed vocal. The silence between the vocal can be filled with a nice delay, leaving the original vocal clean and unaffected by the delay.

Plexus is a plug-in designed to bring generative art closer to a non-linear program like After Effects. It lets you create, manipulate and visualize data in a procedural manner. Not only you can render the particles, but also create all sorts of interesting relationships between them based on various parameters using lines and triangles. Plexus 3 comes with a tree based Object Panel, that helps you organize multiple Plexus objects with in the layer. Designed for AE’s New Architecture
Plexus 3 was designed from the ground up to take advantage of AE’s new multi-threaded architecture introduced in 13.5. That means better support for Persistent Caching, better performance and the best part, automagically refresh Instances. You can have many nested instances and all the changes are automatically detected. Also, just in case you need to refresh cache, a new button that let’s you do that with a single click without affecting caches of other layers.
Depth Map Culling
You can use a Depth Map exported by a 3D program or Buena Depth Cue to occlude pixels directly. It helps composite Plexus in 3D scenes with ease.
Improved OBJ Import
You can now import OBJ files and file sequences using AE’s default file importer, which helps you organize footage better and collect project files. OBJ Object now also imports normals and texture co-ordinates along with vertex positions and facets.
Nested Compositions
Collapse Transforms for a nested composition, and Plexus behaves like a native AE composition. It reacts to Camera and lights of the native composition. It allows you to pre-comp Plexus layers and still have the flexibility to animate Camera movements.
Null Object Performance
Null Objects have similar performance to point lights if you’re running the latest version of After Effects. No need to convert Nulls exported from 3D applications to point lights anymore.
Path Object Improvements
Path Object is improved with scaling controls for replication and tessellation for closed paths. Now there is yet another way to create 3D text in After Effects, but make it a little more interesting.
Custom Visibility Settings
You can gradually fade or vanish points, lines or polys when they get close to the camera or far away from the camera. You can also custom hide polygons that face towards or away from the camera.
Unified Rendering
Unified rendering allows all objects to have a common 3D space. It allows points, lines & polys created by multiple objects to intersect with one another in z-space.

MaxCommander is all you need to manage files on your local drives and remote file servers. The app supports the following operations:
Browsing folders
Previewing files with QuickLook
Editing files
Copying, moving, deleting, renaming files and folders
Creating folders
Creating links
Packing and unpacking archives
Searching for files
You can browse and manage content of an archive as it was a folder on a local drive. You can browse, create, modifie, and unpacke archives of these types:
zip
7z
jar
tar
wim
You can browse, create, and unpacke these archive types:
tgz, taz, tbz2
gz, bz2, xz
These archives are supported for browsing and unpacking:
Encrypted 7z, zip and rar archives are also supported.
If you have an archive file created on an operating system that does not use Unicode you can open it in MaxCommander and select the right characters encoding for file names (available for arj, lha/lzh, zip, rar and tar archives).
MaxCommander can connect to file servers and you can manage remote files and folders on such servers. The following servers are supported:
FTP
FTPS – implicit FTP over SSL/TLS
FTPES – explicit FTP over SSL/TLS
SFTP
SMB
AFP
WebDAV
Files servers for a local network can be discovered using Bonjour.
